In a little over 6 weeks, Pintip Dunn‘s debut novel, Forget Tomorrow will finally be available for purchase in stores and online. At Entangled TEEN, we haven’t been dreaming of this day for anywhere near as long as Pintip has, but we’re very excited to get a book that we’ve been working very hard on into the hands of readers like you! Even better, apparently, we aren’t the only ones who are excited about it. BuzzFeed recently published “17 Books You’ll Want to Cozy Up With This Fall,” and we couldn’t be any happier that one of our sci-fi novels for fall 2015 is being shown alongside some of the biggest books from other publishers.

Can you say happy dance?

If you’re looking forward to this debut novel as much as we are, then take a moment and pre-order your copy today. But, in case you need them, here are 6 perfectly amazing (and fun) reasons to pre-order Forget Tomorrow right now:

1. All The Pretties:

I mean, c’mon – just look at that cover?!? If it doesn’t scream get into my hands right now, then there’s something wrong.

2. It’s a Sci-Fi book to which even non Sci-Fi fans can relate:

When some people hear sci-fi, they stop and start backing away slowly, giving the novel a wide berth. I’m talking to you contemporary YA fans. Here’s the thing, even though Pintip Dunn’s YA novel deals with a different future, at the heart of it, there’s something everyone can relate to: a girl who has spent her whole life living for a future event – the moment she gets her future memory – rather than enjoying the present moments for what they were.

Isn’t that the same thing we all feel about the college or university application process? Like nothing we’ve done before will matter before we figure out where we get into school or what kind of job we’ll have? I think so, and I think that other contemporary YA lovers will agree when they pick up Forget Tomorrow.

3. New York Times bestselling author Sophie Jordan wrote a blurb for Forget Tomorrow

Yes, Sophie Jordan, the author of the Uninvited series and the Firelight series (and other adult romance novels), wrote these great words about Forget Tomorrow:

“A tense, gripping adventure set in a future world where courage and love may not be enough to save you…because the greatest enemy is yourself.” — Sophie Jordan, New York Times bestselling author of Uninvited.

4. You’ll get this Forget Tomorrow delivered to your door on release day!

You won’t have to fight the Tuesday, new book day, crowds at the bookstore. No, instead, you’ll be able to go to school or work on Tuesday just like any normal day, and then you can come right home and start reading. Isn’t that the way new book day is supposed to be?

5. Pre-order an eBook, and you’ll get this gorgeous Forget Tomorrow magnet OR pre-order the Hardcover, and you’ll get both the magnet and a signed bookplate:

However, if you are in the U.S., all you have to do is send your receipt to Pintip’s email address: pintip {at} pintipdunn {dot} com to register your pre-order, and then you’ll receive either the magnet or both the magnet and bookplate* while supplies last.**

6.  You’ll be entered to win an awesome Entangled TEEN Prize Pack (but of course, there are additional ways to enter in the Rafflecopter widget below)!

Yes, not only will you get the magnet and/or magnet and bookplate from Pintip herself when you register your pre-order, but also we have a Entangled TEEN Prize Pack* that one lucky person will win, including:

Pre-ordering the book will get you one entry into the contest, but there are tons of other ways to win…including the free entry for all U.S. residents…just check out our Rafflecopter widget below!

* Pintip figured that if you bought the eBook, you wouldn’t have any place to put the bookplate. However, if you really want a bookplate, too, just ask and you shall receive.

** Don’t get us wrong – Pintip has a huge supply of both of these prizes, so there’s a great chance that you’ll be able to get them no matter when you pre-order the book. (As long as it’s before Sunday, October 25th when this promotion ends.) But just in case, we needed to put this little disclaimer in here.

*** Again, due to shipping costs, the Entangled TEEN Prize Pack is U.S. only.

About Forget Tomorrow:

ForgetTomorrow_500

Imagine a world where your destiny has already been decided…by your future self.

It’s Callie’s seventeenth birthday and, like everyone else, she’s eagerly awaiting her vision―a memory sent back in time to sculpt each citizen into the person they’re meant to be. A world-class swimmer. A renowned scientist.

Or in Callie’s case, a criminal.

In her vision, she sees herself murdering her gifted younger sister. Before she can process what it means, Callie is arrested and placed in Limbo―a prison for those destined to break the law. With the help of her childhood crush, Logan, a boy she hasn’t spoken to in five years, she escapes the hellish prison.

But on the run from her future, as well as the government, Callie sets in motion a chain of events that she hopes will change her fate. If not, she must figure out how to protect her sister from the biggest threat of all—Callie, herself.

  • I think my memory would be good – my life is exactly as I imagined it (for the most part of course!). I’m a book loving mommy who married her high school sweetheart…I really don’t think I could have asked for anything more of my future self (from high school to now). But if it was something different, bad as in Callie’s case, I would fight tooth and nail to be who I knew I was meant to be for SURE!
